Membership Renewal Made Easy To make participating more sustainable and efficient, the SLCA Board has improved our membership renewal process. Last year, most members opted to renew through electronic payment, streamlining the process for everyone involved. The only issue was that the form had to be printed and mailed, which most times did not happen. We think we have created a great solution for all by providing everyone with two options this year (click on the one you like):

- Online Renewal: Use our electronic form for a quick renewal process, resulting in a secure payment link being sent directly to your email account. The change to an electronic renewal form will really help us keep your contact information up to date while saving paper and postage along with adding convenience to our members.
- Traditional Renewal: If you prefer, you can still print and mail your renewal form along with payment.

Membership is open to any person or family owning or residing on property on or adjacent to Summit Lake including all areas between or accessed by the two Summit Lake Road entrances off SR 8. For all those who are not eligible, but still want to be a participant, please consider becoming one of our community sponsor partners. We have a new class of sponsorship called Friends of SLCA

Along with the planned events listed above, the board is working on the following:
- Communications conduit for County and State agencies for all things Summit Lake.
- Summit Lake Emergency Text List: We had several runaway boats, kayaks, floaties, animals, husbands, wives, etc. and this form of Emergency Notification will be much easier and more efficient. You will only be notified for extreme emergencies.
- Our Summit Lake Bling continues to give us a greater sense of community.
- Four acres adjacent to the Clubhouse are selectively logged and walking trails are maintained.
