There is a Citizen Scientist group tracking lake levels across the nation. Summit Lake is in the program through Thurston County Water Planning and the University of Washington. More info can be found here:

SLCA, through authority granted the association by the Washington State Department of Ecology, maintains and operates the Summit Lake dam. As part of that activity, we publish an annual report to the Department of Ecology. See below.
